Galeshwor, Sept 20 :

A youth was electrocuted while working in a construction site at Babiyachaur of Mangalawal rural muncipality-2 in Myagdi district Friday morning. Pema Tamang, 26, originally from Shailung rural municipality of Dolakha district, got the electric shock while constructing the house of local Dil Kumari BK, according to the District Police Office (DPO), Myagdi.

DPO, Myagdi's Police Inspector Dhruba Prasad Sharma shared that Tamang was critically injured in the incident and was rushed to hospital. But, he breathed his last after a while.

Doctors at Beni Hospital declared him dead upon his admission, informed Police Inspector Sharma. The body has been kept at Beni Hospital for post mortem. Tamang had been working as the labourer at Dil Kumari's home since July this year.
